Loyalty Foreigner of BANGSAEN42-2025 can apply for the Loyalty round. The application fee, rules, and conditions are according to the ticket category.

General open field (General runner) and Semi-Elite.

General condition of entry

1. To apply for General and Semi-Elite, applicants must be at least 20 years of age based on year of birth. A runner’s age is determined by 2026 minus birth year.
2. Athletes selected for Semi-Elite must met the standard qualifying time and attend the Technical Meeting at a time and date determined by race. In case of no-show, there will be no entitlement to receive prizes, even if ranked.
3. Special quota for runners who are not Thai citizens. The price is 2,000 Baht for general open field (General runners) with GUARANTEE ENTRY and 3,500 Baht for Semi-Elite*
4. Available only for individual registration and welcome for both new runners and Loyalty runners.
5. Payment has to be made within 48 hours after registration and accepted by credit card.
6. The registration fee excludes system and payment processing fees THB 50/person.
7. International runners are eligible to get the right as Loyalty runner for next year's race.
8. Registration, competition, and prize-claiming rules follow the regulations of the field.

 Competition and Award

Only participants in Semi-Elite are eligible for Overall prize money. 

Participants in the general open field (General runners) are only eligible for nonfinancial awards (e.g. Age group and Top100 / Top10 awards).

Semi-Elite

Overview

“Semi-Elite” category for superior athletes who are non-Thai, who meet the criteria set by BANGSAEN42, to provide better participation opportunities to join as Semi-Elite and start in Professional Zone (start at the first block after Elite runners).

Technical

Athletes selected for Semi-Elite must attend the Technical Meeting at a time and date determined by race. In case of no-show, there will be no entitlement to receive prizes, even if ranked. 

Uniform clothing (clothing and shoes) following World Athletics Competition and technical Rule (Referencing the latest in force as of the competition date) are applied to participants in Semi-Elite. Clothing and shoes must be presented in the Technical Meeting and approved by an authorized judge. The athletes must wear the approved uniform clothing on race day. An athlete who does not follow an aspect of the Rule, disqualification may, or will, follow.

Entry Fee: 3,500 THB

Payment: 48 hours after registration

Application Criteria: Applicants must

• Be 20 years of age or older on the race day.
• Be healthy and in good physical condition.
• Be Non-Thai Nationality, regardless of residing.
• Bear the costs associated with participating in BANGSAEN42 (e.g., entry fee, transportation, and accommodation expenses).
• Submit a certificate of official records (i.e., results) as proof.
• Have met the standard qualifying time in the races held May 2024 until the registration opening date which are:

・World Athletics Gold Label, Silver Label, or Bronze Label Races

・AIMS Certified Races

Qualifying Times (Gun time or Net time)

• Men’s Full Marathon: under 2:50:00
• Women’s Full Marathon: under 3:20:00

Selection Method

• Runners will be selected based on the time through the submitted official records (with separate criteria for each gender).
• Rigorous selection will be carried out by the Event Committee, and results will be notified to applicants.

* Applicants must submit a certificate of official records (i.e. results) along with the application.

* If you were not selected or not meet the application criteria, your entry will automatically transfer to General Entry without refund of the differential entry fee.

* Any runners who falsify their record results will not be allowed to participate in future Bangsaen10 races for 5 years.
